How we protect your information and how long we keep it

We keep your information until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted. How long we keep information depends on what it is and whether we have a business need to retain it. When you delete your account we permanently delete all of the information, and this action cannot be undone. We may retain your contact information for billing purposes if we have a need for it. When you delete your account any data which has been added to a farm such as financial transactions, invoices, budgets or comments will remain, however, this information will no longer be associated with your personal data.
