Product Manager


Job Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for the business management of company products and their commercial success. He/she will be responsible for improving customer experience, generating new product ideas, defining the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams such as the Development team, Sales & Marketing and Customer Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. He/she must have an innovative mindset and a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings.

Specific Duties

  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (such as customers, business development and sales team) to understand needs and priorities.
  • Prioritizing software features based on market need analysis and company strategies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and Development Team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
  • Ensure products are successfully meeting business goals and users’ needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guide feature development and prioritization.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
  • Plan and design product roadmaps.
  • Be the “voice of the customer” during specification and development stages.
  • Communicate business value of product capabilities to sales.
  • Plan and carry out product launches.
  • Provide Marketing team with insights on key differentiators.
  • Act as a product champion externally and internally in support of sales channels.
  • Track and report key metrics to drive future product developments.


  • Bachelor’s degree in either of the following: BS Information Technology, BS Information Systems, BS Computer Science, or any equivalent IT degree
  • 5-7 years product management experience
  • Has experience working with software development team and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
  • Has a strong technical background.
  • Has a structured approach with experience in an agile work methodology.
  • With excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Enthusiastic about new technology and its transformational abilities.
  • Has the ability to be productive in a globally distributed team through self- discipline and self-motivation.
  • Works well under pressure and is able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
  • With strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • With strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • With outstanding presentation skills. Has excellent problem-solving skills.
