Sales Executives


Job Summary

This position is responsible for introducing and selling the Company’s products and services to prospective clients through leads generation, prospecting, qualifying, identifying client needs, recommending solutions, preparing and negotiating proposals, closing, and maintaining after-sales relationship, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the overall Company sales objectives.

Specific Duties

  • Meet sales revenue targets Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into increased business Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals. Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Conduct technical/product presentations/demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare/submit/manage proposals and other sales-related documents Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients. Participate in exhibits and other marketing activities to promote the Company’s products/services.
  • Provide clients with information about the Company’s products and services. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Ensure timely collection of maturing receivables under her account. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Manage his/her tasks and ensures that all accounts deadlines and deliverables are met. Attend CTO team meeting in NZ, AU, or PH time zone as required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree/College Diploma in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship/Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3-6 years of working experience in any field related to Sales/Account Management.
  • Background in IT product/service Sales has a premium advantage.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Speaks clearly and effectively to customers.
  • Great listening and closing skills. Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations. Capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Innovative and creative in his/her work approach.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and self-directed individual.
  • With excellent organisational skills Proficient in office productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
